FOR BOOKINGS:

Minimum Strength to Operate Any Trip is 20. You may Join Individually or in a Group but if by Registration Deadline the Required Minimum Strength isn’t Complete, We will Postpone the Trip & Trip Participants will be Offered to Get their Trip Rescheduled for Next Available Date. Thanks.

• ✗ Insurance liability medical aid, and helicopter rescue coverage.
• ✗  Any kind of expense incurred, if anyone leaves trip at any stage due to any reason.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• Deposit 50% of per person advance.
• Remaining payment will be collected on the day of the trip at the departure time.

• Cash
• 50% payment in advance for booking
• Remaining 50% will be collected on the departure
• 0% Refund if Cancellation Less than 2 Days Before Event

TERMS and CONDITIONS:

• Every member must keep his/her CNIC.
• Members should report 30 mins before departure time.
• Only 5 Kg Cargo bags are allowed & every member is responsible and has to carry his/her own luggage.
• Members must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise The Tour Hunters can cancel his/her trip at any time.
• Company is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents.
• Company is not responsible for loss of any kind of valuable item.
• No refunds shall be made in case a member leaves the trip during the event.
• No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control including but not limited to rains
• Storms, land sliding, accident, flat tires, engine failures or other vehicle mal-function etc.
• A minimum of 20 members are required to execute a trip in case of low booking trip can be cancelled
• Company can cancel your booking at any time.
• Company can change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Personal weapons/drugs are strictly prohibited

Undertaking by Guest:

I understand that the adventure/outdoor activities carry a potential risk of personal injury. I further undertake that neither I nor my heirs or legal representatives shall raise any compensation from the organizers.

Note: The trip is not suitable for people who are not traveling enthusiasts. The participants would have to adjust to the situations of the trip accordingly as this is an adventure trip to a remote location in Sindh
